Who we are
We are a company specialized in investment advisory services, valuation of real estate, equipment and capital, as well as brokerage in real estate transactions and leasing.
Our team delivers precise analysis and reliable support in investment decision-making.
Our history
The company was founded in 2012 in Romania under the name Syndre Valuation.
In 2013, it became part of the APS Real Estate division, a Prague-based group providing advisory services to investors, corporate clients and private individuals across Central and Southeastern Europe.
In 2018, Syndre expanded its operations by establishing companies in Croatia, Hungary, and Serbia, with plans to further expand into the markets of Greece and Cyprus.
In 2023, the company changed its name to Reval Services d.o.o. and underwent a change in ownership structure, marking the beginning of a new chapter in its development.
In 2025, Reval Services was officially entered into the Register of Court-Appointed Experts and the Register of Real Estate Brokers and Lessors.
